CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

A full construction project contracts are signed by clients who are requesting complete construction/reconstruction of their properties. For a full construction project, a contractor will offer the service of constructing inside walls, repainting them, reflooring the property as well as taking care of doors and windows. A contractor will be obligated to design/redesign the property itself furnishing the rooms according to the contract.

A partial construction project contracts are signed by clients who are requesting partial construction/reconstruction of their properties. For a partial construction project, a contractor will offer construction and designing services only for the rooms previously listed by the owner prior to signing the contract. A partial construction project contract will not be modified after it is signed.
